 Realism assignment 

DESIGN PROBLEM: 

The aim of the project was to create a realistic illustration of an object and then demonstrate its use in advertisements. I chose to work with Tiffany and Co.; an iconic house of luxury. Keeping in mind the design anesthetic and design language already established by the company, I created multiple rings and tried to innovate the final result in my own way.

DESIGN PROCESS: 

The design process involved studying the campaigns that were on similar lines by the same brand. I wanted to use pastel tones to keep the tone very subtle and elegant. A product sold by such an established brand needs no introduction so I kept the text to a minimum. I built one engagement ring and 3 versions of a gold band. I played with the designs where I could and created samples of the illustrations being used successfully to tell the brand's story.
